Expanding Anesthesiology Opportunities for Medical Students

The Massachusetts Society of Anesthesiologists is proud to support the Office-Based Anesthesia mentor/mentee experience. Thank you for your interest in this innovative opportunity for medical Students. This experience will allow you to observe the practice of safe clinical office-based anesthesia and surgery in the hands of an experienced physician anesthesiologist. This program is endorsed, supported and in partnership with the Society of Ambulatory Anesthesia (SAMBA).

The program aims to enhance interest, access, and mentorship in the field of anesthesiology and is now open to interested medical students in Massachusetts.  

After review of applications, you will be paired with a mentor for a one-week experience.
